Introduction to Women’s Health Fitness
In recent years, women empowerment has gained worldwide attention. A sedentary lifestyle is becoming more and more addictive allover the world and is affecting fitness. As a result , health issues are on the rise as the new generation and modern society become more developed and less active. Expecting longevity and success in all aspect of health some health and wellness issue need more attention and solution to overcome . There are many reasons for poor health including poor hygiene, bad habits, laziness, weak currency, lifts and increased use of vehicles . Such problems are becoming more common among the young generation. In addition man becomes so busy that he does not have time for his family himself and his own health . Health is not only physically fit , but also mentally and socially healthy. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in all aspects keeps a person physically fit and active.
Nowadays, especially in women it becomes an important factor. Depression is the most common anxiety disorder in women and is usually caused by low-income issues and women suffer more than men. Other causes of depression include gender discrimination, overweight, poverty and unhealthy lifestyle. Therefore, mental health also seems to play an important role and is a cause for concern as it contributes to emotional well-being. A person with a mental illness suffers from stress anxiety and depression. Fitness is the ability of an individual to perform daily tasks efficiently and effectively without fatigue and to have enough energy for leisure activities and some emergencies.
Women, especially housewives do not have enough time for their health and well-being includes caring for children, family, and relatives. Working women are also affected by the workload. Women's daily activities are so stressful and overwhelming that they become depressed and this affects them personally as well as professionally. some areas of care need to be taken care of to avoid health and wellness problems.
Smoking and Drinking Habits
Study shows that young women have a lower rate of smoking . According to research, about 71% of women under the age of 30 never smoke but nowadays, women are following the latest trend of smoking which is called Vaping (e-cigarette). It is commonly used for the purpose of quitting smoking habit. On the other hand, alcohol abuse has become more common among women especially among young adults. Enjoying life with full joy and entertainment has become the goal of life nowadays, and that is why for, women are delaying their marriages and childbirth. Working women are more sensitive to the habit of drinking to enjoy their leisure time and relieve their work stress.
Female Approach Towards Fitness
Women are less likely to participate in sports than men. This is due to a lack of awareness and low media engagement for women's participation in health related sports and physical activities. Other factors affecting women's participation in sports activities include insulting women by certain societies. Even though of these hurdles, females are more concerned about their health and fitness.Media engagement in women's fitness promotes and motivates the women to maintain their health. Some of these engagements are celebrity fitness, private and government agencies, and fitness application development. They all work hard to involve women in such programs and to take care of their health.
Diet and Nutrition
To maintain a healthy life, diet plays an important role. Nowadays, the tendency to look beautiful and slim puts more pressure on young women in particular and that is why they are depriving themselves of essential nutrients . They fear obesity or body skin. They focus only on weight loss and neglect their essential needs which makes them weak internally. Obesity on the other hand becomes a major human health problem. Many patients are associated with obesity such as heart disease , hypertension, diabetes, cancer and so on.
Nutritional Supplements
Over the past few years, women have increased their intake of multivitamins as a nutritional supplement on a daily basis . Increasing demand also increases the number of industries that make dietary supplements, which have both positive and negative effects. It is beneficial because it increases the amount of nutrients but on the other hand it has bad results due to excessive consumption. There is no reduction in the daily nutritional incidence and stroke of multivitamins.

- Promotes quality of life and well-being.
Physical activity and exercise play an important role in maintaining health and are more valuable than weight management. Exercise on a daily basis reduces obesity heart health issues and the risk of various diseases . Research shows that staying physically active and exercising on a daily basis leads to a healthier life and provides a better quality of life. In addition, it reduces the risk of disability in people of all ages.
In this modern era, female fitness and well-being are important. Younger adult females are taking more interest and are concerned about their health over the last few years. A sedentary lifestyle is a major factor in being obese and overweight. Such factors can lead to many diseases like heart stroke, diabetes, and hypertension. Because of this women become more active and participate in health programs join james and so on. Society also has a responsibilities to play its part in women's health and well-being.
Awareness and benefits of physical activity make females engage themselves in fitness programs for sake of their own health. Women with health problems and various diseases such as cardiac issues and diabetes should seek advice from their doctor before involving themselves in the physical fitness program. People of all ages need to participate in physical activities to make their lives easier and more independent. In this modern era, it is necessary for women to make a change and approach towards health and wellness for their personal, professional, and social life.
