Introduction of Junk Food and its Impact

Intake of healthy food and living healthy is considered as one of the important requirements for long life. In current times, the world has been changed to such a system of consumption of foods which has numerous negative impacts on health. Lifestyle transformation has forced the people to such extent that it has nearly become tough for individuals to think that what they are eating is whether right or wrong,  the fancy and high-calorie fast foods, generally referred to as Junk foods. 

 Unhealthy junk food intake is one of the important reasons for the contributions of major illnesses. This biggest issue of intaking junk food is on a wide scale and its negative influences on health requirement are increasing rapidly. knowledge stressing upon the eating habits, nutritional features, quality of unhealthy foods, their impact on health and precautionary measures should be presented upon the population to spread awareness,and increase for good eating practices. 

Health impact of Junk foods

Junk food forces people to eat without planning to eat. It has been observed that junk food lovers not only eat in pre-set meal time but also like to intake this meal when they have a spare time. ingredients of junk foods provide people with great taste and at the end make them addictive. Fat and sugar in to be together are capable of making a dopamine-driven boost of strong pleasure in people with a tendency for addictive behavior. It should also be taken into consideration that they are risky to health too. High-fat elements, mainly cholesterol, sugar and salts have their are negative impacts on human health. 

The effect of a consequence of eating junk foods lacks energy which happens because junk foods do not cater to important nutrients, even supposing they are much sufficing, but still results in weakness.

Sugary drinks

Sugary drinks are famous drinks used around the world. It possesses added sugar that is considered  in the modern diet. Sugary drinks are mainly harmful to the human health. it is estimated that when a person drink liquid calories, the brain doesn’t recognize it as a food.The body ends up radically enhancing the level of total calorie intake.

 If the sugary drinks are consumed in excessive amounts, the sugar can drive insulin resistance and is powerfully associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver illness.  the health care personnel to ensure maximum intake of water. Soda water, coffee or tea instead.rather adding a slice of lemon in water can assist in providing a better test.




Pizzas

Pizza is believed to be one of the world’s most customary junk foods. The commercial pizzas are made with mostly unhealthy ingredients, that include highly refined dough and deeply processed meat. Pizza tends to have extremely high calories that are not good for our health. In alternative, people are always referred to prefer homemade pizzas that can easily be prepared at home and also provide much better taste due to healthy and fresh ingredients added in it.




White bread

White bread is easily available in bakeries and superstores and mostly people  use it for breakfast.  White bread are unhealthy if eaten in huge amounts because they possess refined wheat which is low in fibre and other nutrients. The white bread can result in quick spikes in blood sugar. So use of Ezekiel bread or whole-grain bread which is far better than white bread.

Fried, grilled, or broiled food

The frying, grilling, and broiling are considered as unhealthiest cooking methods.If foods cooked in these ways are often highly appetizing and calorie-dense. Numerous types of unhealthy chemical compounds are also built when food is prepared under high temperature.those types of meals that are prepared under high temperature can result in forming chemicals that are ultimately connected to the greater threat of cancer and heart diseases. So it is better to go for the milder and healthy cooking methods that include boiling, stewing, blanching, and steaming.
