How to take screenshot on PC

Hi everyone my name is Saira and  today I 

want to tell you how you can take a screenshot on your PC using Windows 10 or Laptop. I'm gonna tell you  to different methods to take a screenshot.  

One uses an app that comes with Windows 10 or  the second technique 

is using your keyboard.

Out with the app that comes with Windows 

10, it is  the easiest way you could get to it is to open up search and then to type in snipping tool that's the name of the app the snipping tools and type it.The other way you can get to it is  you can click on the Start menu and this is a long way to get to it and go into the Start menu scroll to the very bottom down  and then there's a section called windows accessories .

these apps are over here you can also click on more and you can pin it to the taskbar,if you already pinned it to the taskbar which is why it says unpin so you pinned it to the taskbar because this is a tool and an app that you can use quite. You just  going to click on it on the taskbar this to open up the snipping tool now you see a few different modes that the snipping tool has you could do a full screen capture.

 Full screen capture that simply 

takes a screenshot of the entire desktop . So here you should select a window if you  want to take a screenshot ,you could take a screenshot of the whole desktop.

You also rectangular snip and 

freeform snip or a rectangular snip and simply highlight an area of the page.If you  want to take a screenshot of and the other mode the freeform .

Now you select the screenshot and save this as any file.

 there's one way you could take a photo so this is a snipping tool. pretty useful tool if you

 Take a screenshot using your keyboard so a few different keyboards because depending on the type of keyboard you have the way you print your screen is going to be a little different.                                                                                                                 First dell keyboard there's a section that says print screen and so you going to do is because it's in blue or need  to press the function key at the same time so simply press function and print screen at the same time and then there the screenshot was saved .

 Microsoft keyboard there's simply a button that says PRT SC n, simply press the Print Screen button and then that also takes a screenshot.
