How we control high blood pressure ?



Hi everyone my name is Saira and today i'm talking about how we control high blood pressure.  Do you have high blood pressure or do you take many pills for it? Now you can control it without medication . I will discuss the treatment of high blood pressure.                                             

 Hypertension is a common disease but it is very  dangerous it can lead to heart disease strokes and if do you want to bring it under control naturally nothing it may not be easy. your health and your quality of life in general and you need to have some goals in mind either lowers your blood pressure and keep yourself from getting high blood pressure. 

 High blood pressure  happens that the physician may not have enough time to go into details of your health issue, everyone everywhere is facing some sort of health issues. We have to  learn and understand react better and take care of ourselves .
 Controlling high blood pressure and improving the way you live, avoiding salt or sodium in your diet can decrease your blood pressure have to keep the sodium intake to less than three grams per day or even less always.The most important thing that you can do to cut down on sodium that means that you should avoid, and you have to control your weight .                                                                                                                                                                           

                          


 Do exercise
and 
basically lose your weight by controlling your diet.If you loss your weight you control your blood pressure you will feel much better, a flat belly is always good but basically three or four sessions per week of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise going for approximately 40 to 45  minutes and if you continue that for 3 months you will definitely find results.
 If you want to 
be active you don't have to go to the gym it is possible you just increase your activity level while doing everyday things that you do enjoy gardening , walking are just a few things 
that you might do. 
Diet which  is basically stands for Dietary 
Approaches to stop hypertension,diet is a high in fruits whole grains vegetables low-fat dairy products poultry fish nuts and it is low in sugar sweetened beverages and sweets and they also avoid red meats.The diet is rich in electrolytes such as calcium magnesium and potassium or protein and fiber. Intake more water and fresh juices .
